It is our responsibility as a global Group to ensure that our activities always meet the highest ethical standards in every country where we operate.
Claranova continues to implement its anti-corruption program. After finalizing its mapping of corruption and influence peddling risks, the Group went on to finalize its anti-corruption Code of Conduct and internal Whistleblowing system.
At the same time, Claranova attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. Compliance and protection of the personal data of its customers and employees are implemented by the Group in all its subsidiaries.
Our ethical approach starts with our teams constantly upholding the Group’s standards of respect, loyalty, integrity, and transparency.

The Claranova whistleblower policy is designed to establish a system within Claranova and its affiliates PlanetArt, Avanquest and myDevices, to enable personnel to report serious suspected wrongdoings within the Group and organize the collection and verification of all such reports.
Whistleblowers play an essential role in exposing fraud, corruption, unauthorized use of funds, mismanagement, criminal offenses, dangers to health and the environment and other wrongdoing that threatens integrity, both financially and morally.
Any member of the Staff is therefore entitled to send an Alert (the “Reporting Party”), provided that the purpose of the Alert is to report one or more of the following:
The Whistleblower Policy is not intended to replace your employer’s regular information and reporting lines (notably through your HR department) but is intended as an additional mechanism for the reporting of suspected serious wrongdoing through a dedicated, secured and confidential channel. This Policy does not replace any other specific complaints procedure already in place with your employer.
Claranova offers you the secure platform of the independent publisher Whistleblower Software ApS to make your report.
This secure, independent information system records and encrypts all information transmitted, in compliance with all confidentiality rules. All those involved in the processing of an alert are required to respect confidentiality and will treat the alert with the utmost rigor. It is essential to exercise this right to alert responsibly, without defamation or abuse. Any abuse of this tool may lead to prosecution and/or sanctions.
