05 CSR APPROACH

Combining growth with a focus on strong societal expectations

Claranova’s culture of corporate responsibility is adapted to an environment characterized by strong growth of its businesses at a global level. Despite the impact of an unprecedented health and economic crisis, Claranova achieved annual sales of €507m in its last fiscal year with an average annual growth rate of more than 40% over the last three years. This exceptional track record of growth would not be possible without the day-to-day efforts and talent of Claranova’s nearly 800 employees.

The growth potential and strong resilience of its businesses demonstrated during the health crisis offer continuing validation of the strength of the Group’s business model: Claranova’s products satisfy a well-established societal need.

Claranova is continuing to pursue its rapid expansion and strengthen its portfolio by integrating new employees and businesses. Reflecting its increasing scope and the growing expectations of its stakeholders, the Group’s responsibilities as a corporate citizen are also increasing: To meet these challenges, Claranova has developed a structured approach to Group CSR.
