Claranova announces having been forced to postpone publication of its Half-Year Financial Report 2023-2024 in order to include information on the renegotiation of its “OCEANE” debt.
As this refinancing was finalized this Monday April 1, 2024[1], the Half-Year Financial Report 2023-2024 will be made available to the public from April 4, 2024, in accordance with applicable regulations, and can be consulted on the Claranova website: www.claranova.com (Investors section / Financial publications / Financial reports).
