Claranova informs its shareholders that it is temporarily suspending its share capital increase launched on June 16, 2023, as an interim measure following a non-contradictory order issued today by the Commercial Court of Nanterre, and pending a summary proceedings hearing to be held this Friday, June 23, 2023.
The Company will communicate as soon as possible on the resumption of the shareholders’ priority subscription period, the public offering and the global placement.
